- 30 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded.
- 14 to 29 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client.
- 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.
